Owning a good PDF manager is a must if you work with documents every day. If that is the case, you should definitely own a suite that provides everything you need without you having to install a new tool for certain functionalities. Let's check out if PDF Reader Pro proves itself to be good enough.
PDF Reader Pro is available on many platforms. The Windows 10 version looks modern and polished. It didn't steal its look from Microsoft Office but, instead, it presented all features via two columns of buttons on both sides of the window. You will quickly find out that many features are not available in the free version.
The user interface is pretty straightforward after you learn what each icon represents. You can easily highlight, underline, and mark text, add comments, links, stamps, and signatures. PDF Reader Pro also supports PDF forms where you can fill in fields such as radio buttons, checkboxes, and text boxes. You can enable password protection and prevent the document from being copied or printed, as well.
However, you can't manually create PDF files or PDF forms. File conversions are reserved for the Premium version. PDF Reader Pro could also offer more features if you pay for it. Other premium PDF managers offer many of these features in their free versions.
However, you can use the 7-day trial and there are special discounts for education accounts. You can simply contact the developers if you want to make a bulk education or military offer. PDF Reader Pro also supports the Volume Purchase Program for organizations or educational institutions.
